Cookies and analytics
No non-essential script loads before you consent. Analytics tags are requested only after you accept analytics cookies, and declining is a single click. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed by clearing site data.
Who we share it with
Enquiry details are used by our own team to respond to you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your details to other ERP vendors. Data is processed by the infrastructure providers hosting this site and its database under contract.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry records: retained while there is an active commercial conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up
- Truncated IP prefixes: retained only for spam investigation and deleted routinely
- Analytics data: retained according to the analytics provider's configured retention period
- Anonymous tool completions: retained without personal data to improve the tools
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form and we will respond. We will not require you to justify the request.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, form submissions are validated and rate limited on the server, and access to enquiry records is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the last-updated date at the top of this page changes with it. We will not reduce your rights retroactively.
