Question 1

Why does this tool not give me a price?

Accepted Answer

Because we cannot produce an honest one. Most ERP vendors do not publish list pricing, and implementation rates in Kuwait vary widely between partners. A number generated from a formula would look authoritative and be wrong. What we can do reliably is classify the project and tell you which factors your quotation will actually be built from.

Question 2

How accurate is the project classification?

Accepted Answer

It reflects the factors that consistently determine ERP project size — user population, entity and branch structure, functional scope, integrations, migration depth and customisation. It cannot see your internal capacity or your data quality, both of which move real projects substantially.

Question 3

What should I do with the result?

Accepted Answer

Use the scope summary as the fixed assumptions in your RFP so every vendor prices the same thing, and send the generated questions to each of them. Differences in the answers will tell you more about the vendors than their price will.
